CHCSI Open House

The Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa invites the public to celebrate one year of service to the community at the Leon site with an open house Tuesday, April 11 th from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Refreshments and door prizes will be offered during the open house.

Now open in both Leon and Lamoni, the purpose of the Community Health Centers of Southern Iowa is to deliver high-quality primary and preventive medical and behavioral care to everyone in the Southern Iowa region regardless of ability to pay.

A commemorative open house will be held in Lamoni in June to celebrate one year of service in that community.
