- Five Keys to Quitting emphasizes Studies emphasizes that five steps will help you quit and quit for good. You have the best chances of quitting if you use them together:

- Learn new skills and behaviors.
- Get medication and use it correctly.
- Be prepared for relapse or difficult situations.
- Positive Self Talk provides a audio guided tour to imagine how good it feels to have quit smoking;
- Visualization presents a series of slides that are thought provoking;
- The Psychology of Quitting discusses the difference between physical and psychological addiction and walks the participant through a series of steps to think about “Why I started smoking” and “Why I want to quit smoking;”
- Tips for Quitting is a quick look at the tip sheet that is provided for tobacco cessation – a tip sheet is provided for smoking and another is provided for tobacco cessation in general.
