Dr. Brian Lahey joined CHCSI in 2007. Dr. Lahey earned his MD in Psychiatry from St. George's University, specializing in adolescent psychiatry. He currently serves as the Behavioral Director for the organization and provides behavioral services via telemedicine in our Albia, Centerville, Chariton, Corydon, and Leon facilities.

Lauren Youngs, MS, MHC, LPHA, joined CHCSI in 2011 as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist. Ms. Youngs earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Drake University. She currently provides behavioral services in the Leon facility including counseling for individuals, adolescents and families struggling with issues associated with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, parenting, relationships, anger and effects of trauma and abuse. She also provides LPHA assessments for behavioral health skill based (remedial) services. |
